The staff were incredibly helpful and made our

stay much more enjoyable, especially when we got lost arriving. The hotel was reasonably clean, but we noticed some stains on the comforters. Overall, it was acceptable for a short visit, yet there is room for improvement.

The young man at the desk provided outstanding assistance when we got lost. His detailed directions helped us find our way easily. Our room had modern amenities and was comfortable for our stay, creating a pleasant environment. Other guests also mentioned enjoying the breakfast, which offered a great start to our day.

Had an awesome time with friends! Our room was comfortable, and we loved watching local games on the flat-screen TV. The Knoxville Riverboat Company and Three Ridges Golf Course were great adventures to add to our trip. The breakfast was solid, too, offering a nice start to our days!

One downside was that the common areas felt a bit cramped, and there could be more seating available for everyone to hang out together.

I had the best sleep in the comfortable bed and woke up ready for adventure! The staff was super friendly, giving spot-on directions to both the hotel and local hot spots. Plus, we enjoyed the good breakfast that kicked off our days perfectly!

Upon arrival, finding the hotel was somewhat tricky as it isn't visible from the main road, but it does have a noticeable street sign. The room was not clean. there were remnants of previous stays, including hair in the shower and an unvacuumed floor. Despite a comfortable bed, I had to clean the bathroom. The young man at the desk was helpful when I called for directions, making a challenging arrival just a bit easier.

It was just a well-suited match for a couple of nights in Powell with outstanding value for money. The bedding was comfortable and I appreciated how quickly I was issued a refund when I needed it. If cleanliness is a priority, definitely check the room before settling in.
